I have to give a special thank you to everyone offering to help with my blog restore this week, it’s been a hectic week, but with all your help and suggestions  I’ve learned so much about my blog, and how to prepare for it again (and I hope I won’t have to).  Let’s just say I won’t be upgrading anything anytime soon…:)

A VERY Special thank you to Gavin Holt from Gavin Holt Photography on the restore of my database, Vinh and Moe for all the endless articles, tips, and emails of what they can do to help!

Finally, the new blog theme, from Tofurious, is up and running!  I’ve lost a couple of months of data during the restore, I am just so THANKFUL I didn’t have to start new!  So, it will take some time for me to re-create my old entries a couple of months back.

Hope everyone likes the new blog theme…there is a new twitter integration for it…so I’m excited to use it!

Since I screwed up pretty bad trying to upgrade my blog this weekend…I had lost hope.  I was trying to improve my blog, but yet I made it worse.  It’s the beginning of the Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year), and I didn’t worry about it too much (it’s bad luck to think about it at the start of a Lucky New Year).  One thing I thought to myself this past weekend was…I really need to learn to let go of things even though I screwed up…  And it okay to start over….so I’m back to square one…a fresh new start with my blog for the year…

I had a couple of people tell me not to worry about and we’ll figure something out…so that gave me GREAT HOPE!  Thanks everyone…hope you keep following my blog…

Thanks Peter @ La Soiree Production (Wedding Photographer) for sharing such beautiful and traditional Asian Wedding photos of Maclan and Khoi’s Chinese and Vietnamese Wedding Ceremony at home in Ladera Ranch.  MacLan and Khoi had a small and intimate Asian Tea Ceremony with just family in the morning in their lovely Ladera Ranch community. After their ceremony and light brunch, they headed to their reception site at the Doubletree Hotel in Sant Ana.  Here are some photos from their beautiful event.
